I originally wrote this post Christmas morning. It has taken me this long to get the pictures with the post and actually upload it all.
When Eliza Claire found her rolly polly shirt she had asked for, she looked at me and said, "See Mom, I told you Santa could find a rolly polly shirt!" She was thrilled that he had remembered.
Then Ruby started taking things out of her stocking and found her lady bug monster truck. She exclaimed, "Santa brought me a lady bug monster truck, just like I asked for!"
About that time Eliza Claire found the Barbie in the bottom of her stocking. She said to the room at large, "It is a good thing Santa brought us Barbies since Mom won't buy them!"
Rehm is loving his What's In the Bible 1 DVD. We are on our second or third watching of it for the morning. If you aren't familiar with this DVD series they are done by Phil Vischer, the creator of Veggie Tales. The first one is awesome! I haven't seen an of the rest. He also has a website called Jelly Telly that is worth checking out. If you search YouTube for What's in the Bible or Buck Denver you can find several clips.
Charlotte is enjoying her Christmas morning but has been quieter than her siblings this morning so I don't have any cute stories from her this morning. Though, I'm sure that will change before the day is out.
Ho, Ho, Ho, Merry Christmas!
Jenn
I'm so glad Santa is so much more resourceful and lenient than Mom!
You were right...before the day was out she had stories to tell...some good, some not so good.
